AI video-making session · 90 minutes
From an idea to a finished video: I share my screen online and open real projects to show how a video moves from materials and ideas through scripting, generation, and editing. I also show how my personal knowledge base and writing with AI take part in that process.
One-to-one · CNY 99.9 per session: more room for interaction, questions, and suggestions.
Group session · CNY 69.9 per person: a workflow demonstration and shared question time. Group participants need to attend at the same time.
These are trial rates. Each session lasts 90 minutes and includes a workflow diagram and prompt templates. The focus is demonstrating and discussing the production process; a custom video is not included. For help clarifying your own project's direction, planning how to make it, and reviewing your practice afterward, see the initial creative consultation below.
What will we look at in these 90 minutes?
- Start with the whole process and actual examples. Look at sample videos, the analysis of references, and choices made before and after revisions, to see how gathering material, working with AI, video generation, and post-production connect.
- Watch production through screen sharing. Describe a need using the materials at hand, arrange the shots first, then generate suitable prompts. See how reference images, video generation, editing, captions, and covers fit together. I pause to explain the prompt section step by step, leaving time to see it clearly and ask questions.
- Return to your own idea. Who do you want to reach, what materials do you have, and which details need to stay consistent? Clarify those things first, then let AI help organize a script and prompts that fit your project.
The demonstration uses my everyday tools and personal knowledge base, but you can begin with tools you already have access to. When booking, tell me what you currently use and how familiar you are with it, and we can confirm a suitable arrangement.
What to bring and how to book
Bring an idea for a video. Photographs, text, or references you like are welcome too. After the session, you can take away a workflow diagram, prompt templates, and an idea of where to begin your next attempt.
Book a 90-minute AI video-making session by WeChat or email
When getting in touch, say whether you want a one-to-one or group session, when you are available, which tools you have used, and what you most want to understand. I will confirm the arrangements with you by WeChat or email.
Feedback from one participant
The following is edited from a WeChat conversation after an online session. Questions have been shortened slightly; the answers are excerpts from the participant's own words.
Before attending, what did you most want to understand?
Participant: Which AI should I use to make videos this polished and high-quality? I have tried some where the glitches were so bad I wanted to scream.
Which part was most helpful today?
Participant: The part where prompts became video helped me so much.
Was anything too fast to follow clearly?
Participant: Yes, the prompts part left me a bit dizzy. It moved on before I had seen it properly. Haha.
If you try it yourself, do you know where to begin?
Participant: Absolutely. Just wait until I make my first video!
How was the overall experience? Any suggestions?
Participant: Overall, it felt really good. The prompts part may have gone a little too quickly, which could trip up a complete beginner. I would suggest slowing that part down a bit.
My addition
For prompts, I suggest avoiding copying ready-made ones directly as much as possible. First tell AI about your circumstances, the materials you have, and the effect you want. Let it use that information to help generate prompts suited to you.
Copying directly may produce something much like everyone else's, without your own character, or something other than what you wanted. You can refer to other people's prompts, but return to what you want to make yourself.
Creative consultation and ongoing guidance
You may already have watched plenty of tutorials and tried some AI tools. But when it comes to your own project, you may be unsure what to say first, what form it should take, or how to connect the steps of making it.
We begin with your materials and a specific question. Taking account of your available time, existing tools, and preferences in expression, we clarify a direction and arrange the steps together, then adjust through feedback on your practice.
Situations we can discuss
- You have years of work or life experience and want to make content from it, but do not know what is worth talking about first.
- You have a product, a body of work, or a service, along with photographs and text, and want to organize them into a presentation other people can understand.
- You like a particular image-and-text or short-video format and have tried making something, but are stuck on materials, tools, or production steps.
- You have already begun posting, but feel as though you are starting from scratch every time and want a smoother method you can reuse.
How I can help
Clarify a direction for the content. Identify themes worth expressing first from the material you already have, and establish who this piece is for and what you want them to understand.
Plan the production steps. Work through preparing material, structuring content, making it, and checking it according to your tools, time, and level of experience. Clarify where AI can take part.
Look at an attempt, then give feedback. Discuss the expression and production issues in your first version, helping you adjust your next attempt.
Why you might work with me
I am Tee Sang. I have worked in watercolor, photography, and writing for many years, and continue to use AI in my own content and moving-image work.
The help I offer comes from choosing subjects, organizing materials, making visual judgments, and producing actual work. In our discussions, I compare these methods with your circumstances and explain what you can borrow and what needs adapting.
You can first look at my work and records of the process. If this way of expressing things speaks to you, and you want to gradually make your own work, we can discuss whether working together would fit.
My personal creative practice
- Watercolor and photography: see how I observe everyday life, select material, and make decisions about images and visual expression.
- Articles and creative records: see how real experiences become words and images, alongside records of my creative process.
- Tevia · TEVIA: see ongoing images and short films with the same virtual character, and my practice in character consistency and visual expression.
- AI creative short films: watch fictional-brand concept films and see personal experiments in turning ideas into moving images.
How we work together
Initial creative consultation · CNY 399: about 60 to 90 minutes discussing one specific question, including one follow-up review of your practice.
Ongoing creative guidance: regular conversations, reviews of work, and adjustments to methods around an agreed creative project. This suits people willing to keep making things who want feedback at key steps. It can be arranged by quarter or for another period, with duration, conversations, and feedback arrangements confirmed before starting.
CNY 399 is the price of the initial creative consultation and includes the discussion and one follow-up review described above. Further consultation or ongoing guidance is scoped and quoted separately according to the need, with the terms made clear before starting.
I provide direction, methods, and feedback; you do the actual creative work. If you need complete production or another project service, we discuss that scope separately. Consultation and guidance do not promise traffic, orders, or income.
Start with your question
When getting in touch, briefly tell me what you want to make, what you already have, and where you are stuck. You can send work you have already tried or references you like too. We book after confirming that the question matches the scope of the service.
Common questions
How does the 90-minute session differ from the CNY 399 initial consultation?
The session shows my actual production process and examples through 90 minutes of online screen sharing. Trial rates are CNY 99.9 per one-to-one session or CNY 69.9 per person in a group. The initial CNY 399 creative consultation focuses on your particular question in a discussion of about 60 to 90 minutes, including one follow-up review of your practice. Further consultations and ongoing guidance are quoted separately.
Does the session include tool subscriptions or making a video for me?
The session fee includes the demonstration, discussion, workflow diagram, and prompt templates described above. It does not include tool subscriptions, generation allowances, or a custom finished video. You can look at the process first and decide which tools are worth trying for yourself. If you would like to commission production, see AI creative and product videos.
Do I need to learn AI tools first?
No. We first look at what you want to express, your existing materials, and your level of experience, then decide which steps suit AI. Where your current tools can do the job, we start with those.
Can the consultation complete the work for me?
This service provides direction, methods, and feedback on practice. You do the actual creative work. Complete production can be discussed as a separate scope; for video work, start with AI creative and product videos.
