When this may be useful

Your shop has real products, skills and services, but little information is easy to find online. Someone who finds you may still be unsure what you offer, whether it suits them or how to get in touch. Photographs and examples may be scattered across your phone, leaving you to explain everything again with each inquiry.

I help organize what you already have. The aim is for online information and search to help people discover you, understand your services and begin a specific conversation. You and your team continue to deliver the products, services and customer experience in person.

What a project can include

Each project includes the parts needed for the current problem. It does not automatically include everything above.

In practice: Yushui Yushe

The Yushui Yushe website is live. The owner handles aquarium plans and services delivered in person. I handle content organization, website production and the use of AI in that work.

Visitors can currently read the shop introduction and service information, browse three types of reference guides, and search or filter their contents. They can also prepare a discussion list in their browser, save or download it, and use it when talking with the owner on WeChat.

This is a practical example of organizing real business information into an online entry point. Use is still being observed. There are no attributable figures for new inquiries or orders yet.

How we work together

Start with one specific problem: do customers struggle to find you, or to understand the service once they do? We review your existing material, the time you can put in and who will maintain it afterward. Then we agree on a small project with a result we can check, its deliverables, fee and revision scope. You confirm the business facts and material; we review the content and pages together.

Common questions

Can you guarantee search rankings or orders?

No. Publishing a website, making it crawlable and having customers choose to inquire are different outcomes. I explain what has actually been completed and use real inquiry feedback to guide further changes. I do not promise rankings, traffic or orders.

Do I need to learn AI or prepare finished copy first?

No. An existing introduction, common customer questions and a few real photographs can be enough to begin a conversation. We can then identify missing information and decide where to start.
