Address: 1111 Longwu Road (Gate 1), 940 Baise Road (Gate 3), and 151 Luocheng Road (Gate 4), Xuhui District

Opening arrangements: Gate 1: May–October 07:00–18:00; November–April of the following year 07:00–17:00. Gates 3 and 4 open earlier, at 06:00 in both seasons, with the same closing times.

Specialist gardens and exhibition buildings inside have their own ticketing and opening rules.
